How to Rock a Blanket Scarf 3 Ways in Your Freezing Office

It’s that time of the year again. And, I have to admit that I’m suffering from freezing office syndrome.

It’s bad. You know that feeling, right?

It’s so exciting to have your legs and toes out again, soaking up all that warm vitamin D, until you have to go into a frigid office building.

It’s conflicting. What do you wear? How do you stay warm and cool at the same time? Eek!

Thankfully, I learned how to work this blanket scarf. It’s been a God send.

I just throw it over my shoulders whenever I need it—it’s totally my go-to.

So I figured out how to rock this scarf three ways, which took me a while because blanket scarves are HUGE! I was a little lost at first, but after playing with it, I’m having so much fun!

The first way to wear a blanket scarf:

-Fold an open scarf over four times into a full-length rectangle

-Now, fold the scarf in half

-Drape around your neck

-Take one end of the scarf and pull it through the loop and adjust

The next way to drape a blanket scarf is so easy; you just:

-Fold it in a triangle

-Drape it over your shoulder—Carlton Banks style!

Tip: This style looks FANTASTIC Belted!

The last way is my fave because it’s so comfy and fuss-free! To accomplish this look, just:

-Fold in a triangle

-Drape over the shoulder

-Tuck the bottom in your skirt

And, it’s available in so many colors!

Right on time! It’s freezing in my office too – I actually have a heater under my desk and yes, I had it on Monday! This is a cute idea though – great post! And love that the outfit you used as the backdrop was interesting but din’t clash – nicely done!
