I attended FrizzFest a couple weekends ago and it was so lit!

Lots of women gathered to celebrate natural hair. It was a beautiful representation of natural beauty in the media. I love that this event promoted self-love and confidence among women.

People from all over the city came out to enjoy vending and lots of playful moments with friends. I had Aims Moon Paperie (pictured above) feeding my stationary addiction!

And, I’ve heard about Trap Yoga, but it was so cool to actually witness in person. I totally need to join in next time!

There were even swag bags with lots of goodies to tame and polish my curls! I’m sooo loving these products—especially the Curls Curl Control Jelly. It smells like blueberries and I love it (no product buildup either)! The leave-in conditioner is great too, also smells great with little residue. Get.You.Some!
