I’ve been using some great makeup products from Mary Kay that are perfect for a festive holiday face. With Valentines Day coming up, I wanted to share this look that I accomplished using a few simple products.

I know that makeup can be really intimidating for a lot of people. So the Mary Kay cream eye shadow is ideal because it’s easy to use.  The smooth formula comes in a resealable pod, so it won’t dry out.

And, when you’re ready to use it, you just dip in your brush and it glides right on with ease. If you check out my recent Instagram post, you’ll see a video tutorial that demonstrates just how easy it is to use. I’ve also posted the video at the end of this post for your convenience.

My other favorite item is a duo blush palette. It comes with a blush and highlighter, which is such a great value.

I use the bright blush as an eye shadow transition color and also on my lower lash line. It also, of course, works great as a blush, too.

My favorite item from Mary Kay has to be the Lash Intensity mascara because it legitimately makes you look like you’re wearing false eyelashes. I’ve honestly never experienced a more gorgeous mascara – no even Yes, They’re Real from Benefit.

It has a unique brush that just grabs and extends every lash it touches – it’s so magical and effortless.

This is a product that I’ll be hooked on, and if there is nothing else you ever try from Mary Kay, I recommend Lash Intensity.
