Ironically, there is a lack of exercise apparel for plus size women, so I turn to Old Navy when I am looking for some gear. They always have something cute, which is a nice alternative from my old sweats and t-shirts.

I love Old Navy the most for their selection of compression pants. Lord knows that the gym is not ready for all this jelly, and these pants hold everything while I get it in on the elliptical machine.

I love this gym ‘fit because it’s layered. I have a tank underneath a compression jacket, and I threw on this Danskin hoodie to keep me warm in this weather. The thumb holes are absolutely the best part!

A fresh pair of new kicks always gets me off the couch. I love that these Air Max are all black with a pop of color.

On my face, I use the MAC face and body foundation because it’s lightweight, making it perfect for the gym. I dot on a bit of concealer and add some mascara for an effortless look. Of course, I add a little lippy because I feel naked without it.
